The Rhodes family and Haiti after the earthquake

If you’re a regular follower of the Wayfarer blog, you’ve read about the adoption journey of Dave and Kim Rhodes from the Wayfarer team. They’re more than a year into the process of adopting Frankie from Haiti.

Obviously, the earthquake that struck Haiti this week affected many people, and Frankie was one of them. On Friday, Kim and Dave talked to WYFF channel 4 in Greenville about Frankie’s situation and what this means to their adoption journey. Here’s the link to the news story that WYFF aired on Friday.

Also, ABC World News visited the orphanage where Frankie lives on Friday. Here’s a link to the story they aired.

On Monday, Jan. 18, Kim and Dave were interviewed about Frankie on ABC’s World News Tonight. You can watch that story on this link:

You can read much more about their entire journey and what’s happened since the earthquake on Kim’s blog or on their Family for Frankie blog. Please continue to pray with us for Frankie and so many others in Haiti who need God to make good out of bad there, and for the families like the Rhodes who are in the process of adopting children from Haiti.
