Redefining Normal at CrossRoads – Tuesday preview

In the first two sessions of Redefining Normal, we listened as God asked what do you want, and then we asked what does God want. But what happens when what we want conflicts with what God wants? We discovered Monday that these moments are when normal truly needs to be redefined in our lives. Dave Rhodes led us through at Jesus’ strong words against the Pharisees in Matthew 23, and we then turned to our own lives to make sure that we were coming to God…
not with our baggage of preconceptions or preferences or possessions or possibilities or power…
but with empty pockets.
As we did, we saw that reform must be reborn.

Tuesday night, we’ll conclude Redefining Normal at CrossRoads at 6 p.m. with a service designed to help all of us experience the things we’ve learned over the first three sessions. (If you want to catch a message you missed or just listen again, check out our podcast.) Also, we’d love to hear about what you’re learning; you can just leave a comment below.

We hope you’ll join us Tuesday night for the final session of Redefining Normal.
